After logging in, go to the IPSUM tab.
Click the CREATE SETTLEMENT button on the IPSUM tile where you want to add a settlement.
Enter when the settlement started [1], how many days it will last [2] and the average age of the animals during it [3]. After entering the data, click the save button [4].
