You can add up to 10 people to the SMS recipient list. The SMS alert is sent simultaneously to everyone on the list—there is no queue.

Also up to 10 people, but the calls work differently than text messages—in a queue: the system calls the first person; if they don’t answer (or don’t confirm the alert correctly), it calls the next person, and once it reaches the last person, the cycle starts over.
“`svg “`How does alarm confirmation over the phone work?
When you answer the call, the system will verbally announce the reason for the alarm (or multiple reasons, if there are more than one) and the location it concerns. After listening to the message , you must confirm the alarm by pressing the indicated key on your phone’s keypad (the system will tell you which one). You also have the option to listen to the message again.
If you hang up, don’t confirm at all, or press the wrong key, the system treats it as if no one answered, and calls the next person on the list.
What happens when your text message/minute package runs out?
FarmWatch Pro operates on minute and SMS packages (you can choose from several available options). The system sends advance alerts:
- Approaching the limit – you will receive a message informing you that your data allowance is about to run out.
- Exceeding the limit – you will receive a text message informing you that you have exceeded your data allowance.
In this situation, you have two options: upgrade to a higher-tier plan, or purchase an additional one-time package (50 text messages and 30 minutes).
