1. Calibration
To calibrate the NutriSort device correctly, the operating temperature of the sorting station must be between 0°C and 40°C.
The weighing platform must be:
– mounted on a level and horizontal floor
– leveled
– pre-calibrated according to the factory calibration instructions
Make sure that nothing is resting on the scale platform. Before calibrating the balance, cut off the air supply to the pneumatic system.
Press ENTER to enter the menu.
Click > until SERVICE MENU appears, then click ENTER.
Click > until TS4 appears. Press ENTER to start the calibration procedure
When taring the scale, make sure there are no objects on the platform. The scale must remain empty.
2. Scaling
Press ENTER to enter the menu.
Click > until SERVICE MENU appears, then click ENTER.
Click > until TS5 appears, then press ^v to change the value. Press ENTER to start the scaling procedure
When performing the calibration procedure, place a weight of 40–100 kg at the center of the balancing platform.
After calibration is complete, click > until “Exit Menu” appears . Press ENTER to return to the main screen.
