FarmWatch Pro – Everything You Need to Know

FarmWatch Pro is a farm monitoring system equipped with a touchscreen control panel, wireless sensors, and alarm functions. The device enables real-time monitoring of temperature, utility levels, and the status of connected devices, and provides access to historical data and remote viewing via the Fetura CLOUD platform.

If an anomaly is detected, the system can automatically send SMS notifications and make phone calls, ensuring that the user is notified of the problem as soon as it occurs.

How does FarmWatch Pro work?

FarmWatch Pro was designed as a central farm monitoring system. Sensors deployed in various locations collect data on temperature, material levels, the status of alarm inputs, or other monitored parameters and transmit it wirelessly to the FarmWatch Pro control unit. The control unit analyzes the received data, displays it on its built-in screen, and transmits it to the Fetura CLOUD platform.

If any anomalies are detected—such as alarm thresholds being exceeded or an alarm input being triggered—the system immediately generates an alarm. Information about the event can be sent via SMS, phone call, or the Fetura CLOUD platform, enabling the user to respond quickly.

What does FarmWatch Pro offer?

FarmWatch Pro was designed to serve as the central hub for farm monitoring. The system allows you to:

  • temperature monitoring in buildings and rooms,
  • compatibility with wireless sensors and measuring devices,
  • recording and analyzing historical data,
  • defining alarm thresholds,
  • sending SMS notifications and phone alerts,
  • remote data viewing via the Fetura CLOUD platform,
  • managing devices from a computer or phone,
  • Monitoring multiple types of devices in a single system.

Thanks to its built-in cellular connectivity and intuitive interface, FarmWatch Pro can be up and running in no time without any complicated network configuration.

Who is FarmWatch Pro intended for?

FarmWatch Pro was designed for users who need continuous monitoring of environmental conditions and farm infrastructure.

The system is well-suited for, among other things:

  • pig farms,
  • poultry farms,
  • livestock facilities,
  • warehouses and production facilities,
  • cold storage facilities,
  • storage facilities,
  • greenhouses,
  • farm buildings,
  • locations that require constant monitoring of temperature or alarm conditions.

Key Benefits

FarmWatch Pro was designed to provide continuous monitoring of the farm and enable a rapid response to emergencies.

Key benefits of the system:

  • 24/7 monitoring of equipment and sensors,
  • immediate SMS and phone alerts,
  • access to data from anywhere in the world,
  • a detailed history of measurements and events,
  • remote data viewing via the Fetura CLOUD platform,
  • the ability to manage alarm thresholds from a phone or computer,
  • Quick Plug & Play installation thanks to factory-configured cellular connectivity,
  • the ability to integrate multiple types of devices into a single monitoring system.

System Architecture

FarmWatch Pro consists of several interconnected components that form a complete monitoring system.

Sensors

Sensors are responsible for collecting data from monitored facilities. Depending on the application, they can measure temperature, feed levels, the status of alarm inputs, utility consumption, or other parameters. The data is transmitted wirelessly to the control panel.

FarmWatch Pro Control Unit

The control panel serves as a local management center. It receives data from sensors, records measurement history, displays information on the touchscreen, and manages alarms and notifications.

Fetura CLOUD

The Fetura CLOUD platform provides remote access to data from devices. Users can monitor the status of their farm, analyze measurement history, view alerts, and manage system configuration from a computer or smartphone.

User’s phone number

If an alarm is triggered, the user receives an SMS notification, a phone call, or a notification in the app. This allows the user to take action quickly, no matter where they are.

Supported Devices and Applications

FarmWatch Pro is compatible with various measurement and alarm devices, making it suitable for use in many areas of the farm.

Examples of devices compatible with the system:

  • wireless temperature sensors,
  • feed level sensors in silos,
  • water meters,
  • digital inputs for alarm systems,
  • door and gate opening sensors,
  • motion sensors,
  • electricity meters,
  • devices for monitoring the microclimate of buildings.

Thanks to its flexible architecture, FarmWatch Pro can be used to monitor everything from a single room to large-scale farms consisting of multiple buildings, silos, and technical systems.

Sample Sensor Configurations

FarmWatch Pro can work with many types of devices and sensors located throughout the farm.

Sensors connected in series

For facilities that require simultaneous monitoring of multiple measurement points, it is possible to use sensors connected in series. This solution is effective, among other things, for monitoring temperature in silos, tanks, or other installations where measurements are taken at different heights or levels.

Sensors connected in parallel

Sensors connected in parallel allow for monitoring multiple points using a single alarm input. An example would be a security system for a large hall, in which several motion sensors are connected to input IN1. If any sensor detects motion, it triggers an alarm at the input, immediately notifying the user of the event.

Sensors connected individually

For individual measurement points, each sensor can operate independently. This solution is ideal for monitoring individual rooms, cold storage facilities, warehouses, tanks, water meters, emergency exits, or other devices that require individual monitoring.
