How to customize the inventory view?

In this article, we will show you how to customize your inventory view using display, filter and sorting options.

1. Moving to the Inventory section
   • We start by being on the main page of the application.
   • On the tab bar, select Inventory
   • Click on the sprocket located to the right of the search text boxes.

Filtering

• Filter animals by animal type
  • To filter animals, click on one of the 6 marked rectangles. When you click on a specific animal filter, it will be highlighted in green, indicating that the filter is enabled.
• Filter animals by name / RFID
  • To filter animals, enter the appropriate name / provide an RFID tag in the “Filter animals” text box.
• Filter animals by location
  • To filter animals by location, select the selection menu with the title Location, then choose the filter you are interested in.
  • Filtering animals that do not have a location in the Fetura Cloud app
    • Click on the Location drop-down list and select No Location
  • Filtering animals that have a location
    • To choose to add a filter from a specific location you need to select one of the buildings, the filter is created on the principle of a tree that can be developed.
  • Filter removal
    • To remove the Location Filter, press the X in the checkbox.

Sorting

• Sorting can be done by columns such as:
  • Number
  • Type of animal
  • Location
  • Age
  • Herd number
  • Breed
  • Breed code

  • Down arrow indicates ascending sorting
  • Up arrow indicates descending sorting

Changing display options

  1. Historical animals
     • Once selected, all animals that have ever been sold or dead will appear in the inventory.
  2. Animals removed
     • Once selected, all animals that have been removed will appear in the inventory. How to remove an animal from the farm
  3. Empty animal groups
     • Once selected , all the animal groups that are empty will appear in the invention.
  4. Show herd number
     • When checked, the inventory will display an additional column Herd number
  5. Show breed
     • When selected, the inventory will display an additional column called Race
  6. Show breed code
     • When checked, the inventory will display an additional column Breed code
  7. Age
     • When checked , an additional column Age will be displayed in the inventory, choose whether the age of the animals should be displayed in days or weeks.
