The sensor reports low voltage despite correct values – what could be the cause?

When the battery level drops below 3300 mV, FarmWatch Pro sensors begin to report a low battery alarm.

Climates tab showing a FarmWatch Pro sensor tile marked red with a warning icon, indicating an active low battery voltage alarm.

The alarm will not disappear when the voltage rises above 3300 mV, instead it will only disappear when the voltage exceeds 3600 mV.

Climates tab showing the same FarmWatch Pro sensor tile now marked green, indicating the low voltage alarm has cleared after the battery voltage rose above the reset threshold.
