Connection of valves to the valve terminal<\/h2>\n\n

Connect the hoses to the marked valves, the places marked A<\/strong> are responsible for opening the valve, while the places marked B <\/strong>are responsible for closing the valve. In the places marked Z5, Z6, you can connect no hose, connect a hose to only one valve, or connect hoses to both valves. <\/p>\n

There is a LED above each sensor. If the sensor detects an object in its field of vision, the corresponding LED will turn on, provided the hardware is working properly. The names of the LEDs correspond to the sensor designations on the board. <\/p>\n\n

Connecting the board’s power supply<\/h2>\n\n

In the marked place, connect the power cable for the board (from the left 28VDC, GND).\nIf the board is powered from the battery, 24VDC will be applied. <\/p>\n\n

Power parameters: Buffer power supply; modular; 38.6W; 27.6VDC; 1.4A; OUT: 1; 370g;<\/p>\n\n

Fuses: B1 – 0.5A time delay;B2 – 3.15A time delay.<\/p>\n\n

Connecting the communication<\/h2>\n\n

Connect cables to the bridged RS485 connector to the marked terminals. Connect cable<\/strong> A<\/strong> to the terminal marked A<\/strong>, connect cable<\/strong> B <\/strong>to the terminal marked B<\/strong>, and connect the shielded GND<\/strong> cable to the terminal marked GND<\/strong>. If there is a need to connect sorting stations serially, then connect the cables communicating with the Bridge<\/strong> to the terminals on the left, and connect another sorting station to the terminals on the right. <\/p>\n\n

Line termination<\/h3>\n\n

If the sorter is the last device connected on the line then line termination should be enabled on it. This is done by setting the marked switch to ON<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

At the marked place, connect the power supply of the valve terminal with the following cables:– red (24VDC) – white (GND) <\/p>\n\n

Connect the first strain gauge bar to the marked socket [1]<\/strong>.\nConnect the red cable to the A+ terminal, connect the yellow cable to the A- terminal, connect the white cable to the E- terminal, and connect the green cable to the E+ terminal.\nConnect the second strain gauge bar similarly to the second terminal [2]<\/strong>.\nFor convenience, there are cable flags (TS1, TS2) on the cables. <\/p>\n\n

Connecting an alarm line<\/h2>\n\n

A solid-state output can be connected to the alarm line.\nIf a fault is reported during operation, the device breaks the line circuit, thus triggering an alarm. <\/p>\n\n

Balance calibration<\/h2>\n\n

The operating temperature of the sorting station is between 0\u00b0C and 40\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n

The weighing platform must be:– mounted on a level and horizontal floor– leveled– pre-calibrated according to the factory calibration instructions<\/p>\n\n

Make sure that nothing is resting on the scale platform.\nBefore calibrating the balance, cut off the air supply to the pneumatic system. <\/p>\n\n

Press ENTER<\/strong> to enter the menu.<\/p>\n\n

Click ><\/strong> until SERVICE MENU<\/strong> appears, then click ENTER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

When taring, make sure there is no object on the platform. <\/p>\n\n

When performing the calibration procedure, place a weight of 80 – 100 kg in the center of the balancing platform.<\/p>\n\n
