What does the red key mean?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A yellow key indicates that the camera requires a username and password to grant access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can occur in several cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • after the camera is detected on the network for the first time (before entering the password for the first time),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • after entering incorrect login credentials again on a device that has already been authenticated,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • after entering the correct username and password prompted by the red key icon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What should you do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To configure access to the camera feed, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    0. Access the camera settings by tapping the gear icon.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tap the yellow key icon.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
