Assigning clear names to sensors makes it easier to identify them and manage the system later on. Instead of using the default names based on serial numbers, it\u2019s a good idea to use names that describe the sensor\u2019s location or purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renaming the sensor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the main screen, select the sensor<\/strong> whose name you want to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After opening the details view, click the settings <\/strong> icon ( <\/strong>gear).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, select the “Change General<\/strong>” option .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the field containing the current sensor name to enter edit mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
