1. Wiring<\/h2>\n\n

The first step is to route the cables, plugs, air hose, and conduit through the mounting hole on the left side of the cage.<\/p>\n\n

2. Post Installation<\/h2>\n\n

After routing the wires, secure the post with 4 M6 \u00d7 16 mm Allen screws<\/strong>. The screws are included in the mounting kit. <\/p>\n\n

3. Running the wires to the controller<\/h2>\n\n

From the bottom of the controller housing, route the plugs, wires, and the pneumatic line through the lower cable gland.<\/p>\n\n

4. Tightening the grout joint<\/h2>\n\n

After routing all the cables, tighten the cable gland nut.<\/p>\n\n

5. Upper culvert<\/h2>\n\n

The remaining cables should be routed through the upper cable gland.<\/p>\n\n

6. Connecting the pneumatic hose<\/h2>\n\n

Connect the pneumatic hose to the valve manifold.<\/p>\n\n

7. Connecting the Power Supply<\/h2>\n\n

Connect the POWER<\/strong> plug to the power outlet according to the markings:<\/p>\n\n

  • 2<\/strong> \u2013 neutral wire (N)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3<\/strong> \u2013 protective conductor (PE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    8. Connecting the S2 Connector<\/h2>\n\n

    Plug S2<\/strong> into the socket labeled S2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    Plug the COM<\/strong> plug into the COM<\/strong> socket.<\/p>\n\n
